Our Care Team
Our dedicated team at The Vineyards Healthcare Center includes physicians, registered nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, social workers, respiratory therapists, care coordinators, and many more. This collaboration, along with family involvement, is designed to blend the highest level of care at every step. Based in central Livermore, our team reflects the community we serve, supports ongoing education and safety, and partners with residents and families, and local resources to promote recovery, independence, and confident returns home or to the next level of care.
