Is this a convalescent center?
Many residents come for short-term care to get stronger with the goal to discharge home.
Do you have long-term beds?
A portion of our facility is staffed for higher-acuity care, and we also have residents who come to live with us for long-term skilled nursing care.
What types of insurance do you accept?
Medicare, Medi-Cal, Alameda Alliance, Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Healthnet, United Healthcare. We can also request a one-time contract if needed.
What type of therapy do you provide?
PT, OT, & ST
Do you provide memory care?
We do not have a secure dementia unit. Dementia residents are assessed prior to acceptance.
Do residents order off a menu?
Menus are changed seasonally to add fresh fruits and vegetables. It is a set menu that takes into account likes and dislikes, and there are substitutions available. The menu is developed by our registered dietitian.
