Is this a convalescent center?

Many residents come for short term care to get stronger with the goal to discharge home.

Do you have long term beds?

A portion of our facility is staffed for higher acuity care and we also have residents that come to live with us for long term skilled nursing care.

What types of insurance do you accept?

Medicare, Medi-Cal, Alameda Alliance, Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shiels, Healthnet, United Healthcare. We can also request a one-time contract if needed.

What type of therapy do you provide?

PT, OT, & ST

Do you provide memory care?

We do not have a secured dementia unit. Dementia residents are assessed prior to acceptance.

Do residents order off a menu?

Menus are changed seasonally to add fresh fruits and vegetables. It is a set menu that takes into account likes and dislikes and there are substitutions available. The menu is developed by our registered dietitian.
